We ask our customers with sincerity to please be patient as our business ships directly from our location and preparing and packing orders do take time. If you require any information please contact us at axura3@gmail.com

Most orders will take up to 1-2 Weeks to be delivered from the next business day an order has been submitted.

Larger orders that may include Bikes and Batteries etc. Can take longer to receive due to the type of product it is.

For orders outside of New Zealand and Australia could take longer to be delivered because of our stores location and extra shipping costs may be requested due to this.

PRE-ORDER items may take longer as they are not available yet but are sent out to the customer as soon as they are available, so we ask for your patience.

If you are considering a cancellation or a refund we ask you to Please contact us at axura3@gmail.com rather than submitting any chargebacks or open a claim on your order with your Bank/Credit Card Company. It lengthens the time and effort it takes to get a refund, and hurts our business entirely. We will assist you the best we can, which is fastest for you and us.

If your order is a shipping order, tracking numbers will be provided.

If your order is a pickup order, regular emails will be sent as communication so please check your emails!
